Set over two floors, Park View Farmhouse has been almost completely renovated over the past year to create a stunning period farmhouse filled with charm and character, as well as modern day style. Every room is bright and spacious and finished to a very high standard to allow guests to enjoy an interior that is both luxurious and comfy.
On the ground floor guests will find a beautiful living room, a large well-equipped kitchen with attached dining room and a handy utility room with its own access from the garden. Upstairs there are four good sized bedrooms, these include two double bedrooms with king size beds, a double with en-suite shower room and a firm favourite with the children - the bunk room. There is also a large family bathroom with roll top bath and walk in shower.
A highlight for many visiting Park View Farmhouse is its lovely garden, which is fully enclosed and ideal for those staying with dogs or children. The garden is split into a level lawn area and paved terrace where you will find the BBQ and hot tub.

The house lies just a short drive from North Devon’s golden coastline home to some of the country’s best beaches such as Woolacombe, which is only a 15 minute car ride away. The house is also within easy reach of the Victorian harbour town Ilfracombe, Lynton and Lynmouth and Barnstaple. Guests can also explore Exmoor National Park with the gateway to this Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty just a 10 minute drive from Park View.
Thanks to its central location, Park View is near to many of North Devon’s premier attractions such as Combe Martin Wildlife and Dinosaur Park, Exmoor Zoo and The Big Sheep. A number of shops and restaurants including the award-winning Pyne Arms can also be found locally. For those looking to enjoy a local activity or two, there are several walks available nearby, including those along the South West Coast Path; cyclists will love the country lanes or Tarka Trail; for horse riders there are a few good yards within easy reach offering both coast and country treks to suit all ages and abilities and of course there are the beaches that provide hours of entertainment both in the sea and on the sand.
